Chef Romy Gill MBE, renowned for her Indian cuisine, is based in southwest England. She gained fame as the owner and head chef of Romy’s Kitchen and was honored with awarded an MBE in the Queen’s 90th Birthday Honours list in 2016. With appearances on BBC1's Ready Steady Cook and other TV shows like Celebrity MasterChef, Romy has showcased her culinary skills internationally, including on NBC's The Today Show. A prolific writer, she contributes to various publications and travels for guest chef residencies and conferences. Romy's philanthropic efforts have raised over £150,000 for charities. She's authored two cookbooks, including "On The Himalayan Trail," which won the 2023 ICAP Culinary Award. Currently, Romy is working on her next book, scheduled for release in Autumn 2024.
