Dr. Pauldy Otermans, founder of Otermans Institute (OI), an international organization dedicated to global learning support. OI focuses on upskilling underserved learners across 15+ countries, serving over 40,000 learners in refugee camps, with UNHCR BCF, UNICEF, and governments worldwide. Dr. Pauldy is a pioneering female technology leader in AI, spearheading the development of OIAI, the world's first AI-powered virtual teacher. OIAI has revolutionized education, particularly in refugee camps, and is paving the way for OI to reach millions worldwide. In 2023, her AI teacher upskilled university students across 4 continents, earning her the title of Female Digital Leader of the Year. Alongside, she is developing Teddy AI, an AI-powered study buddy for children. Beyond technology and education, Dr. Pauldy co-produced a 440-page anthology book during the pandemic, with proceeds supporting the NHS.
